The Compliance Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the compliance framework for both the business and the products administered by Intembeko aligned to Intembeko’ regulatory universe.

The primary responsibility of the Administrator is to maintain a high standard of quality while efficiently validating and processing instructions received by Intembeko.

The Operations QA is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and regulatory compliance of operational processes across the investor life cycle, including new client onboarding, ongoing due diligence and transaction monitoring.

Intembeko is looking for a dedicated Project Manager to oversee and manage complex projects within the Business Solutions area of our transfer agency. The role involves driving project delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals, co-ordinating project teams, and ensuring projects are completed within scope, time, and budget.

The business provides specialized Transfer Agency administration services across a range of investment products, including Unit Trusts, Hedge Funds, Pooled Portfolios, Retirement, Life, and LISP products.

Providing excellent service to all clients will be the primary responsibility of the Administrator, who will ensure a high standard of quality in validating and processing instructions received by Intembeko.
